Mochi Cheese Balls
With only 4 ingredients, you can easily make this snack for the kids and it took only 15 minutes to cook.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 8 balls
Ingredients
100g glutinuous rice flour
100ml milk
1/2 tbsp oil
50g grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the flour in a bowl, slowly pour in the milk and mix well to combine.
Add in the oil and mix well to combine.
Add in the Parmesan and mix well to combine. Make sure to add in the ingredients as per order or it won't turn out smooth.
Divide into 8 equal portions and roll them into balls. Place on a baking tray.
Bake on a preheated oven for 15 minutes until top turns golden brown. Enjoy.
