Mochi Cheese Balls

With only 4 ingredients, you can easily make this snack for the kids and it took only 15 minutes to cook.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 8 balls

Ingredients
100g glutinuous rice flour
100ml milk
1/2 tbsp oil
50g grated Parmesan cheese

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180C.

  • Place the flour in a bowl, slowly pour in the milk and mix well to combine.



  • Add in the oil and mix well to combine.

  • Add in the Parmesan and mix well to combine. Make sure to add in the ingredients as per order or it won't turn out smooth.



  • Divide into 8 equal portions and roll them into balls. Place on a baking tray.



  • Bake on a preheated oven for 15 minutes until top turns golden brown. Enjoy.
