Mushroom risotto

This is a simple and very tasty risotto. You can enjoy this dish at lunch with your family, that's what we did.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients:
250 g of risotto rice
50 g of mushrooms
1 onion
1,5 L of vegetable or chicken stock
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Chives
1/4 cup of white wine

Method
  • First of all, cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the onion and sweat for 5 minutes, then add the rice and stir for 30 seconds.


  • Add the wine.
  • Add half of your stock.

  • Stir and add stock gradually until the risotto is cooked.
  • Lastly, add the parmesan cheese, chives and mushrooms.
