Mushroom risotto
This is a simple and very tasty risotto. You can enjoy this dish at lunch with your family, that's what we did.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients:
250 g of risotto rice
50 g of mushrooms
1 onion
1,5 L of vegetable or chicken stock
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Chives
1/4 cup of white wine
Method
First of all, cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the onion and sweat for 5 minutes, then add the rice and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the wine.
Add half of your stock.
Stir and add stock gradually until the risotto is cooked.
Lastly, add the parmesan cheese, chives and mushrooms.
