Combining so many goodies, this quiche is the perfect choice for a tasty brunch. Although baking is not my best talent, I like trying new recipes. Easy to make, this mushrooms, ham and cheese quiche was a pleasant surprise I made to my family on a rainy Saturday.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
4 eggs
200 grams flour
baking soda
4 spoonfuls of oil
250 grams ham
200 grams grated yellow cheese
150 ml milk
150 grams olives
200 grams mushrooms
salt
pepper
Method
Separate the white from the yolks.
Add the milk and the flour, then the other ingredients.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
