Ingredients 1 cup wheat flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp semolina
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp Oil for dough
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
Oil for deep fry
Method ●Take a bowl add flour, oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, semolina, dry fenugreek leaves and milk.
●Use your hands to bring the dough together in the bowl.
●Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for until smooth.
●Make small balls out of it. Roll it out into small circles with thin-medium thickness.
●Heat pan put oil for deep frying.
●The oil should be hot but not too hot that it smokes. ●Drop the small circle dough (poori) into the oil.
●Ones the dough to puff up turns it to next side till golden brown in colour.
