Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes (woo hoo!)
Makes: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream (suitable for whipping)
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Nutella chocolate hazlenut spread
1 pack Oreo biscuits
Fresh berries or chocolate shavings for garnish
Method
Whip the cream into soft peaks using a whisk or electric beater. (It is easiest to whip the cream if it is cold). Once you have reached the desired texture, put the cream in the fridge to keep cold.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and Nutella. Use a whisk or electric beater to thoroughly combine.

Gently fold about half of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture using a spatula. Mix slowly until combined and you have an even colour.

Take 6-8 Oreo biscuits from the pack. Seperate, scrape off the cream filling and discard.

Using a rolling pin finely crush the Oreo biscuits. Alternatively, you can process them in a food processor until you have a crumb base. Do not overprocess or you will end up with a powder finish.

Optional Step- If you want more of a hard biscuit base, mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter into the Oreo crumb. Alternatively, you can omit the butter and use the crumbed Oreos as the base.
Place a thick layer of the crumbed Oreos into individual serving dishes. If you do not want to serve individual portions, use a glass bowl. You may want to process more Oreo biscuits to fit the size of your dish.
Spoon the Nutella cream onto the Oreo base.
Garnish with a dollop of the remaining whipped cream, fresh berries and chocoloate shavings.
