Nutella Cake for One

The indulgent taste of Nutella is a temptation I can not resist. This simple microwave cake is rich and warming. Perfect with lashings of cream or icecream. Make it in a bowl or a big mug.



Preparation Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Serves: 1

Ingredients
¼ cup of self-raising flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of sugar
¼ cup of milk
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of Nutella

Method
  • Mix dry ingredients together.

  • Add milk and oil, mix until smooth. Top mixture with Nutella.

  • Microwave for 60-75 seconds. Time will vary depending upon the strength of your microwave.
  • Serve with a little whipped cream or icecream.
