Perfect for those days when you're feeling like something indulgent in the morning. Fair bit of warning though, it's quite addictive! You can serve the french toast with icing sugar, maple syrup or sliced strawberries/bananas but personally I find it better on its own.
Ingredients 6 slices bread (I used multigrain)
1/2 cup nutella
1/2 cup milk
Spread nutella on bread and make nutella sandwiches.
In a bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, soak for around 30 seconds. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until light golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
Transfer to a plate and cut into half. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches. Serve immediately.
