Nutritious Vegetable Paratha

Easy and Healthy Indian recipe, perfect for winters.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 5 Parathas

Ingredients
  • 3 cups wheat Flour
  • 1 finely chopped Carrot
  • 10 finely chopped Beans
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1/2 spoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 spoon Coriander Powder
  • finely chopped Coriander Leaves

  • Method
  • In a bowl add wheat flour,1 pinch salt and prepare the dough
  • In a deep frying pan add 2 tbs oil, finely chopped onion and stir it till it turns golden brown in colour
  • Add finely chopped carrot and beans and half spoon red chilli powder and 1 spoon coriander powder and then add salt as per taste.
  • Mix it properly and cook it untill it become soft.
  • Mash it properly and then garnish it with corriander leaves.
  • Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll it into small disc shape rotis[Image2]
  • Spread the above vegetable mixture in the dough and roll it into thick parathas[Image4] [Image3]
  • Serve it hot with green chutney or pickle
