Nutritious Vegetable Paratha

Makes: 5 Parathas
Ingredients
3 cups wheat Flour
1 finely chopped Carrot
10 finely chopped Beans
1 finely chopped Onion
2 tbs oil
1/2 spoon Red Chilli Powder
1 spoon Coriander Powder
finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Method
In a bowl add wheat flour,1 pinch salt and prepare the dough
In a deep frying pan add 2 tbs oil, finely chopped onion and stir it till it turns golden brown in colour
Add finely chopped carrot and beans and half spoon red chilli powder and 1 spoon coriander powder and then add salt as per taste.
Mix it properly and cook it untill it become soft.
Mash it properly and then garnish it with corriander leaves.
Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll it into small disc shape rotis[Image2]
Spread the above vegetable mixture in the dough and roll it into thick parathas[Image4] [Image3]
Serve it hot with green chutney or pickle
