Oat Pancakes
Do You like pancakes? But you want to cut down on the calories? Or just want to try a new recipe for pancakes? This is a delicious variation of pancakes that's even healthier. Try for yourself.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 - 5 pancakes
Ingredients:
3 eggs (or just whites)
80 - 100ml of Greek Yoghurt (light)
125 -150ml of Oats
1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
If necessary; a splash of (skimmed) milk
Method
Whip the eggs (or only egg whites) until they're a little fluffy. Add the greek yoghurt and oats and mix it all together.
Top with Cinnamon - and mix.
Warm a pan with some oil or cooking butter and add some of the mixture, cook the pancakes until they are light brown and cooked through.
Top them with whatever you like.
