Ingredients
A bunch of kale
Half a punnet of blueberries
1 Banana
2 Tblsp protein powder
1 Tblsp bee pollen
3 Tblsp Greek yogurt
2 Tblsp porridge oats

Required ingredients
Method
Wash the kale and blueberries.
Add the blueberries, oats and kale to a jar and blend.
Add the protein powder and blend again.
Stir in the Greek yogurt.
Add the banana and blend again.
Top with the bee pollen for added protein and crunch.
