Oats Raita

We can make Raita in many ways. Oats raita is one of the healthy and tasty.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup curd
1 cup water
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1 red dry chilli
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp oil or ghee
Salt as per taste





Method
● Whisk the curd well and add oats, water, cumin powder, salt and sugar and wait for 5 minutes.

● Heat oil or ghee in pan and add sesame seeds, dry chilli, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.





● Wait for few minutes till colour change.





● Pour into the curd.



● Mix them well. Now ready to serve and eat along with roti, rice, naan or parat.
