A sweet a delicious breakfast snack that will keep you full till dinner.

Makes: 10 servings
Ingredients
5 apples
1 egg
240g wholemeal plain flour
80g porridge oats
1 tbsp cinnamon
10 tsp runny honey
130ml water
Method
Peel, core, and dice the apples, then stew them in water for about twenty minutes or until soft.
Use a potato masher to squash the apples down to a pulp.
Stir in the the flour, oats and cinnamon.
Beat an egg with a fork, and stir in half to form a dough.
Pre-heat oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/ 375 ༠F/ 5 Gas.
Divide the dough into ten and roll them out into fat sausages.
Glaze the apple sticks with the remaining egg and then bake in the oven for half an hour.
Brush each with a teaspoon of honey.
