Orange and Coriander Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
Chicken Breast
Coriander Seeds
Ground Coriander
Fresh Coriander
Lemon
Orange
Fresh noodles
Sweet Peppers
Shallots
Garlic
Tenderstem Broccoli
Sesame Seeds
Olive Oil
Black pepper
Natural yoghurt
Method
Make a marinade for the chicken using the juice and zest of half an orange and half a lemon, garlic, olive oil, sesame seeds, black pepper and coriander powder
In a dry frying pan heat up the coriander seeds until they start to pop.
Fry the shallots, peppers, broccoli and any other veg you fancy in some oil until starting to become tender.
Add the coriander seeds to the marinating chicken
Chicken mix to the pan where you are cooking the vegetables and thoroughly cook until the chicken is tender.
Add the fresh noodles, stirring to mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Top with freshly cut Coriander and serve.
