Orange Banana Peach and Mango Breakfast Smoothie

This refreshing fruit smoothie is a perfect addition to a summertime breakfast, to start the day on an energy boost.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
The juice of 2-3 oranges
1 banana, peeled, chopped
1-2 mangoes, peeled, chopped
2 peaches, peeled, chopped

Method
  • Combine the crushed ice and orange juice in a blender.



  • Add the banana pieces, mango flesh pieces, and peach flesh pieces.







  • Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add additional orange juice and blend this through until you reach the desired thickness.

  • Divide evenly between cups.
