Ingredients
175g margarine
215g wholemeal plain flour
75g semolina
2 tsp Truvia sweetener (or 75g caster sugar)
2 tsp orange oil
2 tsp chocolate extract
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/375 ༠F/5 Gas.
Cream the margarine with sweetener.
Fold in the remaining ingredients to form a dough.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to make the biscuits.
Bake in the oven for ten minutes.
