Orange Juice Breakfast Smoothie with Banana Berries and Watermelon Sorbet

This delicious smoothie makes increasing daily fruit intake easy! Kick start the day with this fruit-packed smoothie with your breakfast.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup watermelon sorbet or crushed ice
1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
Juice of 2-3 oranges
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
150g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Method
  • Chop the strawberries and banana into small chunks.

  • Blend together the watermelon sorbet (or crushed ice), yoghurt, orange juice, banana, strawberries, and mixed berries.















  • Divide the smoothie evenly between cups.
