This recipe is perfect for when you want a proper hearty meal but it takes only a little time to prepare and cook.

Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets
2 slices bacon
1 slice cheese
6 string beans
Salt and black pepper
Steamed rice, to serve
Salad, to serve
Mustard sauce, to serve

Method
Slice the chicken sideways and open out like a book.
Lightly pound with fist to make it thin.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Place a slice of bacon, half slice of cheese and 3 string beans on the edge of the chicken.
Roll up the chicken tightly and tie with kitchen twine.
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes, turning on all 4 sides.
Slice the chicken into pieces. Serve with steamed rice, salad and mustard sauce.
