Swap pasta for parsnip and couscous for an alternative cheesy bake.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
4 parsnips
200g kale
200g giant couscous
180g Gouda cheese
1 tbsp nori flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Soak the couscous in boiling water for ten minutes, and then drain and excess water.
Using a spiraliser, spiralise the parsnips, steam, them, and then place in a baking dish.
Steam the kale and layer on top.
Spread the couscous on top.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/375༠F/5 Gas.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top.
Sprinkle the nori flakes over the top and then bake in the oven for twenty minutes.
