This mug cake is quite healthy and great for breakfast, snack or dessert. It's also really fast and easy to make.

Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients
4 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp milk
1 egg
1 tbsp peanut butter
Method
In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add milk, egg and peanut butter then stir until well combined and pour into a mug.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve with more peanut butter.
