The tasty combination of nuts with cheese is given even more depth of flavour by using wholemeal flour.

Ingredients
1 egg
375g self-raising wholemeal flour
125g margarine
4 tbsp water
30g pistachios
1 tbsp tomate puree
40g grated parmesan
Method
Blitz the pistachios in a food processor to turn them into really tiny pieces.
Beat all the ingredients together to form the dough.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/400 ༠F/6 Gas.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
Bake in the oven for ten minutes and then allow to cool.
