Pizza Bites

If you have some friends coming over, you have to make these . They’re excellent as an appetizer or as snacks for movie nights.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
2 store-bought pizza sheets, thawed for 30 minutes
1/2 a bell pepper
3 mushrooms
1/4 of a red onion
4-5 tablespoon of grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
4-5 tablespoons of pizza sauce
10-15 black olives
2-3 slices of ham

Method
  • These ingredients are approximate because you may use less or more than what I used to make the pizza bites.
  • So chop less and see if you need more.
  • Because they are pizza bites and not a whole pizza, you need to chop the veggies and the ham finely.
  • Chop everything and set it aside in small bowls.
  • Spread one sheet of pizza dough and with a cookie cutter, cut circles. Move the circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make the same thing with the other pizza dough.
  • Don't throw out the rest of the dough, but roll it again and make another pizza bite.
  • Now that the pizza bites are on the baking sheets, work with each ingredient at a time to save time. Pour 1/4 of a teaspoon of pizza sauce on each pizza bite. Next, spread it around with a teaspoon.
  • Sprinkle oregano on each one, add olives, onions, bell pepper, ham, mushrooms and finally, sprinkle the cheese on top.





  • Bake the pizza bites in the preheated oven at 200*C for about 25 minutes, or until they're golden.



  • Serve them warm or at room temperature. Either way, they're tasty and so easy to make.
