Pizza with the Lot on a Wrap
This is a simple and a low calorie option for making pizza. It is also a great way to use up scraps in the fridge.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 serving per wrap
Ingredients
1 wrap
70g shredded ham
1 tsp tomato paste
1 mushroom, thinly sliced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of capsicm, thinly sliced
20g shrimp
anchovies
1/4 cup grated cheese
Method
Prehat the oven to 200 degrees
Spread the tomato paste over the wrap

Sprinkle the ham on the base
Add the mushroom, onion and capsicum
Even distribute the shrimp and anchovies

Finish by adding the grated cheese

On a pizza tray, bake in the oven for 20 mins or until the cheese is melted and browned.
