Pork Medallions in Creamy White Sauce

Delicious portions of tender pork loin, served in a buttery garlic sauce. This dish is quick and easy to make and the meat melts in your mouth. It goes best with rice or potatoes.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
1kg pork loin
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
100g of cream (or sour cream)
1 handful of parsley
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Slice the pork into 1cm slices.



In a pan, warm the butter and garlic.
Add the pork slices and fry up.
Turn the pork over and wait for the meat to become slightly golden.



Add the parsley, salt and pepper the tablespoon of flour, the cream and stir.



Cook for a couple of minutes until the pork is tender.
