This is an excellent post-workout juice because it makes the body more alkaline (less acidic), and beetroot has repairing properties. Drink up.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1 small beetroot bulb
Half a carrot
Handful of lettuce
Handful of spinach
Handful of rainbow kale

Required ingredients


Method
  • Peel the beetroot, wash and chop. Slice the cucumber in half, chop the carrot and wash with the other unwashed vegetables.

  • Process everything through a juicer and serve in a tall glass.

  • Drink immediately to absorb the beneficial nutrients in this great juice.

  • Fresh beetroot juice
