Potato Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce
A simple dish using the potato to add crispiness to the salmon dish.

Ingredients
20 g potato
180 g salmon
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
10 g lemon juice
25 g butter
50 g all-purpose cream
1 pinch thyme
10 ml olive oil
Method
Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
Slice the potato thinly, then place it on top of the salmon.
Sprinkle the thyme on the potato.
In a pan with oil, sear the salmon (potato side first) for 4-5 mins or until the potato becomes crispy.
Flip the salmon carefully, then sear the other side for 3-4 mins.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan.
Add the cream and lemon juice.
Serve the salmon with the lemon butter sauce.
