Prata Beef Roll
Trying out a new recipe with thinly sliced beef. You can get them from the local asian grocery store. This recipe is a fusion between Indian and Chinese cuisine, and surprisingly they tasted amazing. Do give it a try.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
3 frozen prata
250g thinly sliced beef
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp soy sauce
A pinch of black pepper
Method
In a non-stick pan, on medium to high heat, caramelize the onion until nice and brown.
Using the same pan, add oil. Then, stir fry beef while adding soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and set it aside for later use.
On a clean non-stick pan, cook the frozen prata and set them aside.
Divide beef into 3 portions. Taking one prata at a time, place one portion of beef on prata and roll them up. Lastly, use a skewer to secure them in place.
Ready to serve.
