Prata Beef Roll

Trying out a new recipe with thinly sliced beef. You can get them from the local asian grocery store. This recipe is a fusion between Indian and Chinese cuisine, and surprisingly they tasted amazing. Do give it a try.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients
3 frozen prata
250g thinly sliced beef
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp soy sauce
A pinch of black pepper

Method
  • In a non-stick pan, on medium to high heat, caramelize the onion until nice and brown.

  • Using the same pan, add oil. Then, stir fry beef while adding soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and set it aside for later use.



  • On a clean non-stick pan, cook the frozen prata and set them aside.



  • Divide beef into 3 portions. Taking one prata at a time, place one portion of beef on prata and roll them up. Lastly, use a skewer to secure them in place.



  • Ready to serve.
