Delicious and healthy honey yogurt cookies! With only 60 calories per serve you can enjoy more than one.

Light and sweet.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 20 cookies
Ingredients
1.5 cup wholemeal flour
3/4 cup honey
1 cup Greek or honey yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp flaked almonds
1 tsp vanilla essence

Honey and Yogurt, perfect combination.
Method
Combine all the ingredients an a large bowl.
Drop teaspoon sized amounts of mixture onto a greased tray.

Little dollops of Goodness.
Sprinkle the flaked almonds on the top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the sides start to go golden brown.

Enjoy with a cuppa
