Smoothie bowls are my latest obsession, I have one everyday and never tire of them. You can mix it up by adding whatever fruit and toppings you love so you will never get bored.

For the smoothie
1 Frozen banana
1 Handful of frozen blueberries
1 Handful of spinach
100 grams Greek yogurt
Yogurt, blueberries, banana and spinach.
Ready to blend.
Thick and delicious
Topped with healthy ingredients.
Other favourite toppings of mine include natural peanut butter, shredded coconut, granola, fresh fruit, walnut butter
honey and cinnamon.
