Chicken Wrap with Honey and Mustard Sauce

Feeling like wrapping up dinner in no time tonight? Here are wraps. Be it Thai or spicy, vegan or chicken, wraps can be prepared with the fewest of ingredients, depending on your imagination.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 5 servings

5 tortillas
250 g chicken breast cut into stripes
Mixed veggies cut into thin stripes (carrot, capsicum, peas, green beans, broccoli, zucchini)
A few drops of lemon juice
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp cornflour

Ingredients for sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
A few drops of lemon juice
1 tsp mustard paste
3 garlic pods

Marinate chicken in lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika powder and leave to sit for a few minutes.

Marinated chicken pieces

Stir fry on high heat. Dissolve 1 tsp of corn flour in a little of water and pour over the chicken to thicken the sauce and allow the marinade to coat well over the chicken pieces.

Stir fried chicken

You may stir fry the veggies as well or leave it raw if you like it crispy.

Mixed veggies

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a smooth sauce.

Honey-Mustard Sauce

Place your tortilla on a flat surface....

and add a layer of veggies....

.....followed by a layer of the cooked chicken.

Drizzle over the sauce, roll up and seal tightly.

Cut diagonally and Voila! Your wrap is ready.
