Baked Figs

A healthy and delicious way to get you one step further towards your five-a-day. This fruit snack is quick and easy to make, and based on the brands I used, each quarter is about 19 calories each.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 32 pieces

8 figs
8 tsps clear honey
2 tsp raspberry vinegar
20g pistachios

Quarter the figs.
Blend the pistachios in a food processor.
Mix the honey and vinegar together and drizzle over the figs.

Put under the grill for ten minutes.
