If you don't like liver, this is an excellent way to get your kids and you, to eat them as they are full of iron, and this recipe is not as strong a taste as just cooking the liver on its own.
It is very tasty, economical, and tastes quite different to the bought pate.
The pate is very nice as an entre with thick bread, and I had it as a main meal with bread and salad.
