I like the French rolls that has a crispy crust with very soft and fluffy centre. This is one of my favourite meals, especially whenever I only need to serve myself.

1/3 can tuna fish in spring water
1 tsp French wholegrain mustard
1 French roll (from a Vietnamese bakery)
4-5 thin smoked salmon slices
Handful of chopped lettuce
Handful of alfalfa sprouts
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
