Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
Iceberg lettuce
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
500 g mince meat
2 zucchini, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Corriander
Method
Cut leaves from the lettuce to form cups
Heat oil in large frying pan, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minute. Add mince and cook until brown and cooked.
Add zucchini and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Stir in the oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
Place mince mixture into lettuce cups and decorate with corriander.
Delicious meal and popular with kids, although it can get a little messy
