Vegan friendly wafers with a hint of honey and rolled oats; a perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea. Based on the brands I used, each wafer is about 33 calories.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 46 servings

150g wholemeal plain flour
90g porridge oats
4 tbsp wild flower honey
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp water
1 tsp Truvia sweetener (or 2 tbsp caster sugar if you prefer)

Pre-heat oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/350 ༠F/4 Gas.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, 80g oats, honey, olive oil, and sweetener/sugar. Blend them in a food processor.

Add the water to form a dough.

Roll out the doug and then scatter 10g oats on top, and roll it in.

Cut out wafter biscuits with a cookie cutter.

Bake in the oven.
