Chia Puddings or Chia Pods as they are called in the supermarket are so good fo breakfast. Packed full of protein they are great for snacking too. But why would you buy them when you can make them at home?
My Chia Pudding with berries
: 1 hour
: In fridge over night
4 tabelspoons of chia seeds, white or black
1/2 cup of your choice of milk, almond or coconut milk
Maple syrup to sweeten
Fresh berries to garnish
This may seem like it takes a long time to make but it really is worth it.
These not only taste great they look great too
