Egg-Fried Tofu with Sliced Pork

A quick and easy stir-fry dish of egg-fried tofu with pork slices in oyster sauce. Cook this simple lunch or dinner for the family.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

1 egg, beaten
200g fresh tofu, cut into small pieces
200g frozen sliced pork, defrosted
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
chopped spring onion, to serve

In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the diced tofu until browned. Carefully flip the tofu and fry the other side until browned. Pour in the beaten egg and scramble with a wooden spoon.

Move the tofu aside, add in the sliced pork and fry until they are no longer pink.

Add in the oyster sauce and 1/4 cup water. Mix well to combine. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve.
