Ingredients 1 egg, beaten
200g fresh tofu, cut into small pieces
200g frozen sliced pork, defrosted
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
chopped spring onion, to serve
In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the diced tofu until browned. Carefully flip the tofu and fry the other side until browned. Pour in the beaten egg and scramble with a wooden spoon.
Move the tofu aside, add in the sliced pork and fry until they are no longer pink.
Add in the oyster sauce and 1/4 cup water. Mix well to combine. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
