A delicious twist on everyones favourite pudding; sweet grainy and moreish. It's also easy to make with children and perfect after dinner.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients
For the filling
5 pears
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
For the crumble
1/4 a cup of butter
1/2 cup of self-raising flour
1/3 cup of brown sugar
Method
Pre heat the oven to Gas Mark 5/180 C.
Add to a ceramic or pyrex dish which you'll bake the crumble in.
Microwave for 1 minute and stir the melted sugar through the pears.
Pour the flour, sugar and butter into a bowl.
Crumble it with your fingers until it looks like a crumble topping.
Add on top of the pears and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Put the crumble in the oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden.
Leave to cool for 15 minutes and then enjoy and serve with double cream.
