Another beautiful 'icecream' made with the help of frozen bananas. This recipe uses bright green matcha for an earthy taste and frozen bananas for the icecream texture. Top with rawnola
or crushed chocolate and enjoy.
A healthy 'icecream' for summer
: 3 minutes

: 1 bowl
2 frozen bananas
1 heaped tbls sweetened matcha powder
2 tbls almond milk
1 serve of rawnola
Add powder last so it doesn't clump.
Should be thick and green.
Add your favourite toppings.
A nutritious treat.
NOTE: If you don't have sweet matcha use regular matcha and add a tsp of sweetener of choice.
If matcha isn't your thing try banana and berry
or add a dollop of Walnut Butter
or Peanut Butter Dip
