Ho-Ho Punch

Ho-Ho Punch is a drink for all festive occasions and is one at the top of our list. It's simple, cheap and a great way to spice things up a little bit. The hit of ginger and tartness from the sparkling wine meld well together into a drink sure to please.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 12-18 glasses

1.25L ginger ale
750ml sparkling white wine or champagne
300g frozen strawberries

Pour ginger ale and champagne into a punch bowl.
Add frozen strawberries to bowl gently and stir slowly.
Use a ladle to serve into glasses.
If you don't like whole strawberries, use a stick blender and turn it into a smoothie. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the champagne for sparkling apple juice.
