Teh Tarik translates to 'pulled tea' and is the national drink of Malaysia. Bitter sweet is the best way to describe Teh Tarik, which traditionally is poured into two different containers from a height to create an aerated drink with a frothy top.
This homestyle variation takes out the 'pulling' part to avoid messy spills all over the kitchen, and essentially maintains the delicious flavours while keeping it nice and simple.
