Pizza Rice

Pizza Rice


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 hours
Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked rice
3 cups pizza sauce
2 1/2 cups of water
7 oz. can mushrooms
4 ozs. sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded cheese

Method
Combine rice, sauce, water, mushrooms and pepperoni in crockpot.
Stir.
Cover and cook on high 6 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
