Melting Moments

Melting Moments do exactly what they say. These melt in the mouth treats are butter rich delight and so easy to make. Their the perfect 'biscuit' for children to make, although sticky hands will be an inevitable result. If you use soya butter then it means they are vegan friendly too. Based on the brands is used, each biscuit is about 58 calories.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 13 servings

60g plain flour
30g Xylitol sweetener (or ordinary sugar if you prefer)
50g soya butter
6 1/2 glace cherries
20g desiccated coconut

Pre-heat the oven to 170 ༠C/ 150 ༠C fan/325 ༠F/3 Gas.
Cream the butter with the sugar/sweetener.
Fold in flour.
Roll the mixture into balls and coat in coconut.
Chop the cherries in half and place the on top of the coconut balls.
