These have always been a hit served among other foods or served as an entrée. They are easy to make, take little time, and you can vary the filling.
I wanted this lot to be vegetarian however I have also made them in a larger quantity using smoked chicken.

About 4 -5 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp parsley
½ tsp lemon zest
¼ red onion or shallot, chopped finely
Chili flakes (optional)
Few grapes, chopped (optional)
