This is a recipe I got out of my Mother's old cookbook. It was not in English and I hope I have translated it correctly!
It is quite sweet, but the lemon gives it that nice, slightly bitter taste.
It is a very light dessert and easy to eat even after a large meal.
I also added some mascarpone and blueberries on top.

1 tin sweetened condensed milk
Grated rind of 2 medium lemons
Juice from 2 medium lemons
220 g creme fraiche (this was a guess and I think it was actually sour cream in mum's original recipe)
2 egg whites
2 tsp caster sugar
Mascarpone to garnish (optional)
#Sweetened condensed milk
I also added some blueberries, as well as the mascarpone
