A protein rich, filling and delicious salad for any occasion. Enjoy for lunch or as a side.

Preparation Time: 15minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

1/4 red onion
1 avocado
1/4 cucumber
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 can 4 bean mix
1 baby carrot
1 cup lettuce

Chop all ingredients to desired size.
Mix in a salad bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
