Parsnip & Sweet Potato Soup
A protein rich hearty soup with a sweet nutty flavour that will keep you feeling full.

Ingredients
1.5 L hot beef stock
350g parsnips
500g sweet potatoes
400g tinned cannelloni beans
1 tsp rosemary
2 garlic cloves
Method
Chop and steam the vegetables until they are soft enough to stick a knife through.
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
