Baked Salmon and Sautéed Prawns

Salmon has slowly been gaining popularity as one of the healthiest seafood meats.

Why not incorporate a tasty dish like salmon with prawns on the side? This meal is so fulfilling, nutritious and delicious - it is a definite win!



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Makes: 2-3 servings

Ingredients
4 pieces of fresh salmon (600g)
400g prawns
1 bottle soy & garlic Marinade
Garlic Steak seasoning
60g-100g butter
Seafood Cocktail dip

Method

Place the pieces of salmon into a deep baking tray.

Spread about 1/2 a bottle of soy and garlic marinade over the pieces of salmon, enough to cover it with a thick coat.

Flip the pieces over for the marinade to seep through.

Leave the tray in the fridge for about 40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.

Place the baking tray into the oven and cook till the salmon looks ready.

Heat the prawns in a frying pan in the butter base.

Sprinkle the herbs over the prawns and cook till they turn pink.

Serve the salmon and prawns on a plate with the seafood cocktail dip on the side.
