Homemade Brioche Dough
Make the brioche dough following
Knead the dough for ten minutes and then prove for about an hour.
Pre heat the oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/375༠F/5 Gas.
Divide the dough into twelve balls and then roll each one out.
Chop the brie into equal (20g) pieces and place a piece in the centre of each rolled out dough.
Fold over the dough to wrap it up.
Beat the egg with a fork and brush it over the bread to glaze
Bake for fifteen minutes in the oven.
