avocado & prawns on toast

Deviate from a typical cheese topping and be adventurous with your toast by adding an amalgam of healthy and delicious ingredients.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 32 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

2 slices rye bread
sweet potato
30g Bavarian cheese
4 prawns
4 olives

Slice the sweet potato into wedges and bake for 25 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/350༠F/6 Gas.
Toast the rye bread on one side under the grill for a couple of minutes.
Chop the avocado into small chunks, and then place it on top of the toasted side of the bread.
Use a knife to gently spread it across the bread.
Slice the cheese and place on top.
Layer with prawns, olives, and sweet potato.
Toast for five minutes under the grill.
