This light and fluffy Quiche Lorraine is easy and quick
Delicious, quick and easy quiche on the table within 30 minutes. Perfect if you need something in a hurry and do not have the time to make pastry. This is my new go to if unexpected visitors arrive for lunch. Serve at parties, barbecues, or for brunch or lunch. This tasty quiche can be made low FODMAP, gluten and lactose free.

: 30 minutes
1 cup chopped ham (or bacon if you prefer)
1 small brown onion, cut finely (exclude for low FODMAP)
1 1/2 cups grated cheese (lactose free if required)
1/3 cup self raising flour (gluten free if required)
Salt and cracked pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
Add the ingredients straight into the lined quiche tray
The ham, onion and cheese should be completely covered by the egg and milk mixture
This quiche is ready when it is golden brown on top
